I had seen this hotel on a previous visit, and heard guests coming out saying how much they loved it - & now I know why!! So much was great here, it's hard to know which thing to say first. Our villa room was wonderful - beautiful, spacious, with a terrace and stunning views! We loved it so much, and would love to stay in it again & again! It was so hard to leave! (Our bathroom was also spacious with a really great shower). Everything in the hotel was immaculately clean throughout, and kept consistently so. It was spotless. The rest of the hotel was also great. The outdoor pool was perfect temperature and a lovely size, and the combination of nice gardens and spectacular views over Ischia made every sun chair on the pool terrace well-positioned. The indoor thermal pool was also very good, and both pools had a good amount of space for everyone. The outdoor bar area by the pool served simple tasty lunches really reasonably, and of course Italian drinks (Aperol, Limoncello, freshly squeezed orange juice, and - especially delicious - iced coffee with chocolate and hazelnut!) as well as the usual array of options; and this made for peaceful and easy lunches near the pool when we wanted them, as well as being great for a pre- or post-dinner drink of an evening. The restaurant was very good value and had a nice array of choices, especially in the starter buffet at dinner which was packed full of delicious fresh vegetables and salads, breads, and other local goodies. Yum! The staff were lovely and super helpful - reception, restaurant, room staff; and the positioning of the hotel was so easy to access things. The bus stops right outside to go out across the island, and its also an easy walk (less than 5 minutes) to lots of restaurants, wine bars, cafes, a supermarket, shops, beaches etc. It also doesn't take long to walk to the Negombo terme and its adjacent beach. We loved our time at this hotel - it was beautiful, restful, and enjoyable. Bliss!

I travel a lot, but this is among the best facilities I have ever visited. The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms were clean, tidied every day, and the linen was changed regularly. The area has a beautiful garden and terrace where music played in the evening, and there was dancing. The water in both the indoor and outdoor pools was amazing. There is a bar with seating next to the outdoor pool where staff prepared drinks and coffee until the evening. You could also order very tasty meals from the lunch menu, as well as snacks and fruit. I would like to especially highlight the fantastic staff of this hotel and thank Giovanni and his team for their excellent work, as well as the chef for the delicious meals. Every person on the staff was kind, friendly, and willing to help. Right in front of the hotel is a bus stop, and nearby there are also beaches. The pedestrian zone with shops begins just a short distance from the hotel. This is something to experience; I highly recommend this hotel. I don’t usually go to the same place repeatedly, but I would happily return here anytime.

What a terrific surprise this property was! After being on the road traveling throughout Italy for 15 days, we were delighted to discover this wonderful spot. It felt like a deluxe resort without the deluxe resort price. The indoor thermal spring-fed pool, the on-site spa, the outdoor heated pool, the extensive breakfast included, the option to reserve for their on-site dinner, the excellent front desk staff, the day porter who takes your luggage to your room, the outdoor sitting area under a wisteria arbor, all of it was very much appreciated! I had a wonderful treatment at the spa - I highly recommend their services! We paid much more for other places we stayed that offered a whole lot less. A real bargain for all that comes along with the lovely private rooms!

This is more a resort originally for italians, The were quite a lot of retirees here and not many tourists, which was very pleasant. Great pools, you are asked to wear a bathing cap (provided). Comfortable nicely appointed rooms, great restaurant, but you have to be on time for the buffets, those retirees can be quick when they want to. Restaurant offers a very good 3 course evening meal at a reasonable price, with a very nice old world silver service ambiance. Bus access was very easy. Enjoy it for what it is and have an amazing stay. Loved it.

Very good location in a very pretty little town, Lacco Ameno! Very convenient to explore the entire island and 10 minute walk to Casamiciolle from where you could easily find transfers via ferry to the mainland ( Napoli, Sorento, Positano, Amalfi) and lovely island of Capri and Procida :) Pretty little garden and clean sea water pool. Breakfast good with lots of tasty local pastry. Friendly and helpful personnel! thank you for our lovely Holliday 🤗
